Oxagile is an off-shore web development shop based in Minsk, Belarus. I have worked with them on web development projects on and off for many years including building the CRM systems at Windsor Mountain, portions of the JumpTV web site, API develpment for ooVoo, and OpenSocial applications and Facebook apps.
